Our cold plunge is a deep, chilled ice bath set within the sanctuary, ready whenever you are. Move between the heat of the sauna and the cold of the plunge or outdoor shower at your own pace, then unwind in the relaxation area before your next round.

Alternating hot and cold is a time-honoured ritual that leaves you feeling refreshed, clear-headed and calm. There’s no wrong way to do it. Start with a quick dip or a short rinse under the shower and build up as you feel comfortable.
