The art of the YUME ritual
An unhurried, 20-step journey through gentle exfoliation, delicate mist, cleansing and rhythmic scalp massage. The signature water halo flows softly around you, followed by conditioning, careful combing and a refreshing toner.
Warmth, touch & Tsubo
Warm towels and precise, gentle pressure honour the Japanese practice of Tsubo, the carefully located pressure points that guide the massage. A finishing blow-dry and calming wellness tea complete your ritual, with time to linger in the stillness.
